Introduction
Wendell’s World is a show that reminds kids (and people of all ages!) that it is safe to be exactly who they are.
In a world that often tries to define us and place us into boxes, Wendell’s World invites kids to see themselves clearly and trust what they find. It encourages them to follow their own path, to notice the magic around them, and to understand that who they are is already enough. There is nothing they need to change in order to belong.
At its core, the show celebrates individuality and the freedom to be real. It gently reinforces that there are no boxes they need to fit into, only the truth they get to discover and live from. It encourages self-belief, curiosity, and the courage to express who they are without holding back.
Feelings are a natural part of that experience. Wendell’s World makes space for all emotions, showing kids that it is safe to feel, to share, and for every part of them to be seen.
Through simple, heartfelt storytelling, the show brings this message to life with stuffed animal characters, original music, and a whole lot of warmth, playfulness, and wonder.
Meet Wendell
Hi! I’m Wendell the giraffe! I really love you. And I think you’re really great.
I wanted to make Wendell’s World with Sarah so that we could show people how, like, really cool they are. I noticed that for some reason humans seem to forget that they’re wonderful just as they are, and they think they need to change or be someone different in order to be accepted, or something. I think that’s like soo silly! What could be better than being YOU?
I am excited for kids to watch this show because I want to encourage them to love who they are, and to be brave enough to be themselves even when it feels hard.
Come join in the fun - be part of Wendell’s World!
Love,
Wendell
